You know we love you. We support you every step of the way. And we know that you have been super busy since school started. But seriously, next time you decide to participate in a duathlon, give us some time to train! Four miles isn't bad, but we would appreciate some practice runs.

Yay! Great job on another great race (even if your legs didn't feel fully prepared for it). Sounds like you and Dad did a great job! I hope they got the shirts right this year... :)

P.S. I can't find any Red Ribbon Run info on the internet. Do you still have your paper about it?
