I know nothing about basketball. Seriously, to the point that it is almost embarrassing. Yet there is one thing I know - Kyle Korver is one good looking basketball player! Observe:
Once I was on a date with a guy who was super athletic. The conversation turned to basketball, and the Jazz. At this point I (thinking I would try an impress him with my knowledge of basketball. Yeah, bad idea.) asked who his favorite players were. He responded with a name that didn't even sound vaguely familiar, and then asked me who my favorite player was. I almost responded "Well, I really enjoy watching Kyle Korver". While this statement would have been totally accurate, probably not appropriate under the circumstances.
So a few weeks ago when I heard that they were having a contest to win an evening with Kyle I laughed. I joked about it with my Mom and Grandma (BIG time Jazz fans). Last night they heard about it again and told me that I needed to enter.
I laughed about it again, and yet I found myself on the Jazz website trying to figure out what I needed to do to enter. The rules are fairly simple, one of them being that you have to live within 75 miles of EnergySolutions Arena. I did the math in my head and knew it would be close. I pulled up MapQuest and was deeply saddened to find out that I live 86 miles away from the arena. 11 miles have stolen the chance I may have had to meet Kyle.

hahaha you crack me up. Seriously, that stinks. I think you should be able to enter if you live in UTAH!
11 miles? Seriously, that's all that stands in your way? Maybe you could "take up residence" with Liz's family, just for the duration of the competition? It would be worth it to win!
You might want to consider moving to the far end of the valley. Who knows who the next contest might sponsor!
You should just make up an address. You can use my syracuse one if you'd like!!
I heard this contest also and thought of you. To bad you can't enter.
