Week Two Homework - Motion

My second homework assignment for my photography class was to take different motion pictures. I was really excited about the assignment, and fully planned on doing it, but then life became pretty crazy (more on that tomorrow). Two hours before my class I had resigned myself to the fact that I wasn't going to get it done. We don't get graded or anything, but I was still sad about the fact. Lacey was kind enough to encourage me, and kindly offered herself and family as models, so though it was cutting it close, I got it done!

Frozen Action:

Even though she wasn't feeling well, Ivy was a trooper! Love the hair!

Blurred Action:

Panning:

By the time I got to this one I was more focused on finishing the assignment than on composition. It took a while to get one to work - panning is not easy! Poor Steve had to ride back and forth before I got a clear shot!

I just glad that you got the assignment done after all! We're all happy to pose for you as models anytime. :)
