Okay, I know it's not a rose, but still, one of my favorite things! I LOVE the rain! I love the sound of it on the roof, the smell of it, running through it (unless it is a winter rain, in which case I am not such a fan). I love rainbows, and puddles, and big, puffy, gray storm clouds. I think the rain is beautiful!
Of the last 11 days, we have had rain 9 of them. And not just a wimpy little drizzle, but SERIOUS rain. The kind often accompanied by thunder and lightning and intense downpours. It's so cool! I am loving this month of June which I am sure is breaking all sorts of records! I am also loving the fact that I haven't had to wear sunblock for the last two weeks. If it was up to me, this rain would stick around for a loooong time!

I agree, I love the rain and this last week has been awesome! Kinda miss walks with Ivy outside but I'm enjoying this while it lasts.
I'm loving the rain too! I usually get sick of it - but for some reason all the rain makes me happy - even when I have to walk to my car in it. And the BIG rainstorms are so pretty! Your picture is pretty. :)
And - I just noticed that you're reading The Count of Monte Cristo. Let me know how it is - that's one of the books I've really wanted to read! We have good taste!
I too love the rain... it's just been so unpredictable though. One minute its sunny and warm and the next it's a hail storm. Crazy.
