And the Winner Is . . .

Holy Cow! Thank you all for entering and giving me such great ideas for my "To Read" list. I am so excited to get started on some new books. I know how I will be spending a good portion of my Christmas break. If you anyone is interested, I compiled all the book suggestions and made a list, I will add it at the end of this post.

I know there is a way to do the drawing electronically, but since technology is often times confusing to me, I stuck with paper. Everyone's names went on slips of paper:

Before being thrown into a bowl. And the lucky winner of the books is (drum roll Please):

Jessica R! Congratulations Jessica! It just so happens that Jessica's birthday was yesterday (though I promise that I in no way influenced the outcome of the drawing. My eyes were shut the whole time!) so HAPPY BIRTHDAY JESSICA! I hope that you and your boys enjoy these books. I will mail you the books on Saturday if you can get me your mailing address by then.

Jessica and I met 5 years ago (back when she was Jessica C.) when we went to China to teach English. She is a wonderful person, and I am so excited to get to send these books to her.
