Every once in a while . . .

when the student who has struggled the most

who you have worked with for hours

and explained things so many times

who has caused so much stress

who you wonder if you can really help

who wants to succeed, but just can't seem to get there

when the moment comes when he GETS it

and his face shines

he is shocked

and excited (and so are you!)

and you realize that watching that is the best thing in the world

and you remember why you became a teacher

and everything is right in the world

today was one of those days

and I love it

:) Just another reason why I know you are a truly great teacher.....because you care enough to blog about those moments!
