Me: Today we are going to start working on our Christmas presents for our parents. We are making Christmas tree ornaments. If your mom and dad don't live in the same house, you can make two, one for your mom and one for your dad.
Student: I need two!
Me: But your mom and dad live in the same house (I am sure of it!)
Student: Yeah, but they really don't like to share!
