I am working this summer with a program for kids with disabilities. It has been both an incredibly challenging and rewarding job. Lucky for me, I still get to laugh often at work! Yesterday I had this conversation with a little guy I was working with. We shall call him Jimmy.
Jimmy: Katie, where’s your husband?
Me: I don’t have one.
Jimmy: Why not?
Me: I haven’t found him yet.
Jimmy: (quite distressed) he’s LOST?!?!?
Me: (Giggling) Something like that!
How can you not smile? I love it!
