Red Ribbon Run '09

It's a tradition now, so even though it was a bit chilly this morning the whole family made their way to the annual Red Ribbon Run. I ran the 5K with Bethany and Stephanie while the rest of the family walked the mile. Liz hoped that the brisk pace would hurry along labor. Still no baby, but a fun morning!

*A few days later Grandma recieved a card in the mail with a gift certificate for being the oldest participant at this years race. So cool!

I am SOOOO impressed with your athleticism. I am blown away every time you run a marathon. You are just amazing! Way to go! And that's a cute family picture.

PS Thanks for the pumpkin walk website. I have an AP Conference that Saturday (not sure what time it ends) - but I'll talk to Colby and maybe we could come up that night....we'll see what else is going on.

What a fun way to support a great cause. That is a nice tradition to have!

SOooooooooooo not such a flattering picture of Karl and I. I look like I'm in major pain... which I guess I was but I was trying not to make it look that way :)

You're amazing! I am always impressed with you and your running. By the way, how do you know Stephanie?? I went to high school with her!

I loved that it was much better weather than last year. Yay for fun family traditions.

And PS, that pic is so not flattering of Ivy. You can have mine if you like it better.
