In honor of Dr Seuss' birthday, our school served Green Eggs & Ham today. This led to the following conversation:
Student: (confused) Where do green eggs come from?
Me: From green chickens, of course!
Student: WHOA!!!
Me: I know!
I am such a great teacher, where would these kids be without me ;-)

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who falls for things like that! Really, I have a feeling that I would have been that kid. :)
We had the same menu! Dr. Seuss is quite a phenomenon!
I still can't believe that's where you left him. :) This poor kid is always going to think that green chickens exist.
